Who We Are

LaneCraft (ABN 98 685 094 679) designs and installs custom bowling lanes and builds the software that runs them. We are based in Coffs Harbour, NSW, and work with homeowners and venues across Australia. If you have any question about this policy or about information we hold, email us at hello@lanecraft.com.au.

We collect the minimum we need to respond to you and to run this website. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for anything beyond what is described here.

What We Collect and Why

Contact form enquiries

When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, and your message. Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, which delivers them to us by email. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and discuss your project.

Lane planner enquiries

When you request a quote or second opinion through the lane planner, we receive your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, any notes, and a link to the plan you drew. These submissions are processed by Web3Forms and delivered to us by email. Any floor plan image you trace over stays in your browser and is never uploaded. We use this information for one purpose only: assessing whether a lane fits your space and preparing a quote. It is never shared with anyone outside LaneCraft and never used for anything else.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use this website: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are located, and how they found us. Google Analytics uses cookies and reports aggregate usage data to us. We do not use it to identify individual visitors.

Third-Party Services

Three services handle data on our behalf:

• Web3Forms, which processes contact form and lane planner submissions and delivers them to us by email.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website.
• Google Analytics, which provides aggregate website usage statistics.

These providers are based in the United States, so some of your information is stored and processed overseas. We only use providers that are contractually bound to protect it.

Your Rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, email hello@lanecraft.com.au and we will action your request promptly.

If you believe we have mishandled your information, contact us first and we will do our best to put it right. You can also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
